Five Nights at Freddy’s developer Scott Cawthon has agreed to direct the film for a 2023 release. He is also actively involved in the cinematic adaptation of the mega-popular survival horror. No one knows for sure when the next FNAF masterpiece will be released. Filming is due to begin in early 2023.
